I hold certifications in a variety of fitness and movement disciplines.
I help individuals and organizations find flow through physical and mental cultivation.
I was trained by the US Army, educated in New York City, and I’ve given years in the Middle East, Latin America, and East Asia working on things that matter to me.
I left home at 17 because I like to use my body, work with interesting people, and contribute to something bigger than myself. All of those things, and more, are still true about me today.
